If you are having problems with the operation of your Disc Stakka or with the OpdiTracker software, we recommend you check the following:
- Make sure the OpdiTracker software is running:
- Windows: Open Windows Explorer and ensure you can navigate to OpdiTracker and individual Disc Stakka units.
- Mac: Open the OpdiTracker application window and ensure you can navigate to individual Disc Stakka units.
- Make sure that the Disc Stakka is properly connected and the green light next to its gate is steadily lit. See the Disc Stakka User Guide for more information.
- If you have multiple units that are stacked in towers or connected through powered hubs, try connecting the individual units directly to your computer's USB port. This helps to identify whether a hub or unit is causing the problem.
- Make sure that your computer's USB port is working correctly by attaching a different USB device (such as a mouse). If your computer has multiple USB ports, you can also try attaching the Disc Stakka to one of its other USB ports.
- Make sure that you are using the latest version of the OpdiTracker software and that each unit is running the latest version of the Disc Stakka firmware.
- Use OpdiTracker's built-in diagnostic tools to verify the operation of the unit. See the Disc Stakka Online Help for instructions.
- Review the Disc Stakka manuals, online help and FAQs to see whether they contain the information you need.
