I have loaded the Imation USB 2.0 Swivel Flash Drive Disk Manager Software and have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and it is not working, what do I do?

If you have downloaded the original version of the Disk Manager software but have since changed to Windows Service Pack 2 you will now need to uninstall that Disk Manager software and re-install this new version (only compatible with Service Pack 2):
